Bhubaneswar:  Bringing up a shocking allegation, the Kunduli gang rape survivor accused the Odisha DGP of offering her money while she was in the hospital. The survivor alleged that she was offered Rs 90,000 in a packet along with a blank sheet of paper wherein she was asked to put down her signature. However, she did not take the money, neither did she sign, as per her claims.

“Police have tortured me a lot. While I was in the hospital, a lot of money was offered to me by police. They told that I just have to sign on a paper and everything will be resolved. I was offered Rs 90,000 by the DGP,” the survivor said.
