Jumbo mistake! Youth taking selfie with elephant gets trampled

Rourkela: Posing for a selfie with an elephant turned fatal for a youth after he was trampled by the pachyderm at Mandiakudar under Rajgangpur police limits.

According to sources the deceased youth identified as Ashok Bharati was taking a close-up photo near a herd of elephant in Mandiakudar when one of the jumbos suddenly chased him in retaliation.

Even though the youth tried all he could to outrun, the hostile elephant eventually trampled him to death.
