Job fraud case registered in city police station

Bhubaneswar: A case was registered against Millennium International Travels in the Nayapalli police station in the Odisha capital today.

As per the complaint, the company had collected Rs 7.80 lakh from 78 youths (Rs 10,000 each) with a promise to provide them a job in different hotels in Dubai.

But as the concerned company failed in its promise to provide them job in time, the youths lodged a complaint in the Nayapalli police today.

Acting on the complaint, police detained an employee of the company for interrogation.

Efforts are on to nab the managing director of the company Mohammad Amir and his business partner Samir Khan who have absconded, police said.
