Bhubaneswar: Golden Triangle International Film Festival (GTIFF), a film festival which showcases the best of national and international films, will be held in Bhubaneswar from April 21 to 23.

The festival will be held at IDCOL Auditorium in the capital city.

GTIFF, organised by the Golden Charitable Trust, is going to be held in Odisha for the very first time since its inception.

Reports said the three-day event will have screenings of films across various genres from countries like Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan among others.

Twenty four films, including some Odia films, are scheduled to be screened at the festival, reports added.

Besides the screenings, awards will be given in six categories for best films. The prizes will be for the Best Feature Film-: Rs.50,000.00, Best Short Film-: Rs.15,000.00 ,Best Documentary Film-: Rs.15,000.00 Best Director Feature Film-: Rs.10,000.00 ,Artist of the Year (Male)-: Rs.10,000.00, Best Jury Award.-: Rs.10,000.00.
