Golden Land Developers' assets to go under hammer today

Cuttack: The Cuttack district administration will hold e-auction of properties of chit fund company Golden Land Developers on Saturday.

According to sources, the e-auction will begin at around 11 am and continue till 3 pm at ADM office.

Land owned by the company at Chhatrapur and Tikiti areas in Ganjam district will be up for grabs in today's auction.

The bidders will participate in auction for 2 acres and 101 decimals of land at Chhatrapur and 83 decimals at Tikiti.

The base price of land had been set at Rs 7.3 lakh, sources said.

Prior to this, the properties of Rose Valley and Safex India had gone under the hammer.
