Four Odia pilgrims killed as bus overturns in MP

Bhubaneswar: Four Odia pilgrims died after a bus they were travelling in overturned near Katni in Madhya Pradesh today.

The four Odias had come from Brajrajnagar area of Jharsuguda district to perform last rites in Gaya.

According to sources, a bus carrying 25 pilgrims, including the four Odias, was returning to Bilaspur. It turned turtle near Katni. While the four Odias died, around 20 passengers sustained injuries in the accident.

The deceased included a couple, Pramod Kumbhar and Rebati Kumbhar, of Mahatabnagar in Burla.
