Paradip: A fire broke out at the oil refinery plant premises of the IOCL here today. However, no casualty has been reported in the incident.

Sources said an oil pipe near Gate-I of the refinery caught fire. Though fire fighting teams doused the flames, heavy smoke was seen emanating from the plant premises.

The IOCL authorities were not available to comment on the matter. Meanwhile, the incident has spread panic among the local residents.
