Bhubaneswar: Counselling for engineering admission in Odisha, which will be done on the basis of JEE Main ranks, will begin by June 15 as per the new rules in line with the format followed by IITs and NITs.

As per the new guidelines, the meritorious students of JEE Main can have their registration and lock choices on OJEE's website following which temporary seats would be allotted to them.

“After temporary seats allotment, students can take part in counselling and deposit the part admission fee, Rs 25,000. So, all the candidates will not have to appear at the nodal centres,” said OJEE chairman Tushar Nath.
