Bhubaneswar: A few hours after Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram’s vehicle was attacked with eggs by BJD activists during his visit to Kendrapara district on Wednesday, the BJP lodged a complaint with police last night.

Accusing 22 persons in the incident, BJP senior leader Brajsundar Bhuiyan filed an FIR at the Aul police station.

It may be mentioned here that the Union Minister faced resistance from BJD and Congress during his visit to Rajkanika area in Kendrapara district to attend BJP’s ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’ programme.

The BJD activists also showed black flags to the Minister protesting his tour to the coastal district.
