Keonjhar: Tourists can now spend a day amidst forest to enjoy the scenic beauty of Sana Ghagara, Kandhadhara water fall and other places in the district as Forest Department today inaugurated an Eco Tourism centre at Anjara near Sana Ghagara water fall in a bid to boost tourist inflow.

The tourism centre set up at a cost over Rs 1 crore has five rooms with solar light facilities.
The tourists can enjoy the scenic beauty of Sana Ghaghara, Badaghagara, Khandadhar, Gupta Ganga, Gonasika and Veemkunda whilespending time in the midst of forest, Forest and Environment secretary Suresh Mohapatra said.

"All arrangements will be made for visitors to spend the whole day comfortably. Wild life related films will be shown to the tourists in evening," he added.

The forest department has planned to provide employment to local Forest committee members through the eco tourism centre.
