Dreaded ATM looter arrested

Bhubaneswar: Commissionerate Police arrested dreaded ATM looter Sambhab Acharya and forwarded him to court on Saturday, informed Bhubaneswar DCP Satyabrata Bhoi.

According to source, police has seized Rs 16,000 in cash from Acharya’s possession.

As many as 17 cases- eight at Purighat police station, three at Mangalabag police station, many more at Badambadi and Bidanasi police stations in Cuttack are pending against Acharya, sources added.
