Dharmagarh viral video: 3 including prime accused arrested

Kalahandi: In a major development in Dharmagarh viral sex tape, police on Sunday arrested three persons including prime accused Chitaranjan Guru. The two other accused have been identified as Sushant Pradhani and Mukunda Guru.

Earlier, a girl had lodged a complaint with Junagarh police that she was raped after made to consume alcohol forcibly. The entire act was recorded by two youths and later uploaded on social media.

The three youths dragged the survivor to a forest and forcibly made her to drink alcohol on March 31. When the girl got intoxicated, one of the youths allegedly raped her while the other two video-graphed the whole incident in a mobile phone.

The matter came to light after the survivor mustered courage and informed her parents about the incident.

Kalahandi SP M Sandeep Sampad informed that basing on the complaint filed by the survivor, a case was registered and a manhunt was launched to nab the culprits.

"Our investigation is still and those found guilty of circulating the clip will also be booked," said Sampad.
