Paradip: In a bizarre incident, three Coast Guard personnel allegedly attacked the owner of a tyre repairing shop here last night.

Sources said two officials came to a tyre repairing shop near the Paradip bus stand last night and  started argument with the shop owner Tapas Ranjan Parija for delay in the repair work. After that, the two called some other officials and thrashed Parija. A case has been registered against the erring personnel at the Paradip police station.

Meanwhile, injured Parija has been shifted to the SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack.
