Bhubaneswar: As per the recent decision of the State government to supervise high priority schemes, three secretaries have submitted a review report on the progress of various ongoing developmental works in Malkangiri, Nuapada and Bhadrak districts.

At a meeting held at the Secretariat here on Friday, assigned secretaries Vishal Gagan, Deoranjan Kumar Singh and Chitra Arumugam gave the review reports of Malkangiri, Nuapada and Bhadrak districts, respectively.

After examining the reports, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik directed the concerned officials to address issues creating bottlenecks for successful implementation of the developmental projects.

Earlier, CM Patnaik had directed for successful implementation of 12 schemes, Mamata Yojana, Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana, drinking water, rural electrification and rural housing schemes in each district of the state.

Hence, secretaries were asked to visit their assigned districts in the first week of every month to supervise implementation of the schemes and submit report on the same.
