Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday delivered a three-point mantra to police officers to improve administration in the State.

Speaking after the Senior Police Officers' Conference here, Patnaik stated, "We discussed on how to improve standards of policing, control crime and ensure better law and order situation."

DGP RP Sharma said, "The Chief Minister directed police officials to take policing to the next level in view of growing population in different cities of the State."

Besides, the Chief Minister directed cops to provide people-friendly policing services, Sharma added.

Among others, Chief Secretary AP Padhi and other senior officials were present at the valedictory function of the three-day conference.
