“There was plan for a big gift to the Kendrapara citizens on the occasion of Diwali on October 29 but it was postponed to November 8 on account of a cyclonic storm warning. BJD supporters in the district are eagerly waiting for their leader to arrive here tomorrow,” said BJD’s Kendrapara district president, Dhruva Charan Sahu.
