Naveen Patnaik to visit Sambalpur
Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the Diamond Jubilee ceremony of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT) in Burla during his visit to Sambalpur today.
Later in the day Patnaik will attend the Golden Jubilee ceremony of Sambalpur University.
After returning from Burla the Chief Minister will attend the distribution of assistive aids and appliances for Persons with Disabilities programme at Phd Field in Sambalpur.
Following it he is scheduled to attend the inauguration ceremony of Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK) at Head Post office of Sambalpur. The ceremony will also be attended by Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
The district administration has done prior arrangements regarding the visit of Patnaik and Pradhan. Security has been tightened in various places of the district.
