CM Naveen felicitates 1st matriculate girl of Mankidia tribe

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday felicitated Monica Mankidia, a girl from particularly vulnerable tribal group (PVTG), Mankidia, for her success in the annual high school certificate examination, 2017.

While praising the tribal girl for her success in the matriculation examination, Patnaik presented a laptop to Mankidia in order to encourage her.

The chief minister also gifted a mobile phone to the headmaster of the Srama Shakti High School at Sukinda in Jajpur district in which Monica was a student.

Patnaik asked her to continue her studies and become a model for other tribal children.
