Rourkela: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today laid foundation stones for two Government ITIs in Kutra of Sundergarh district, among various other development projects.

Patnaik also laid a foundation stone for a stadium in Kutra besides inaugurating a statue of Dr BR Ambedkar and an e-library in Rourkela.

"I am very glad to be in Rourkela today for a number of welfare programmes and development projects for the local people," said Patnaik.

The Chief Minister attended a programme organised by Catholic Christian community in Kutra. He also attended various programmes organised by Muslim, Sikh and Jain communities in Rourkela.

The above communities had congratulated Patnaik after being chosen the best administrator in the country at the Outlook Speakout Awards.
