Clerk accused of diverting NHM funds in Kendrapara

Kendrapara: In a shocking incident, a clerk of Community Health Centre (CHC) at Rajakanika here was accused of allegedly diverting funds coming through National Health Mission.

It is alleged that Soumya Ranjan Behera diverted the government funds to his father and own accounts. The illegal diversion of money is pegged at Rs 13,85,000.

Meanwhile, the District Collector has directed a special audit of the NHM fund.
