Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to start receiving online applications for Private Improvement Examination 2018 from third week of this month.

In a notification released by the board on its official website, it has mentioned that the link for online application on its website would be activated from third week of October.

It is important to note that besides conducting the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations of CBSE affiliated schools, the board also conducts examinations for private candidates who wish to appear for the AISSE and AISSCE certificates for Class 10 and Class 12, respectively.

The CBSE had earlier in June released the results for private candidates on its official website. Candidates who have not scored the minimum marks or who wish to file for the improvement examination can apply for the improvement exam 2018, Times Now reported.

Meanwhile, the exam schedule for the Private Improvement exam 2018 is likely to be released in December.
