CBSE compartment result of Class 12 declared

Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), on Wednesday, declared the Class 12 (Compartmental) Examination, 2017 results.

The CBSE had earlier in a notification mentioned that the Class 10, 12 compartment exam results would be published in the second week of August.

While the compartment and improvement exams for Class 12 were held on July 17, the exams for Class 10 were concluded by July 24. The compartment exams were appeared by students who failed to clear a subject during the board exams or if students wish to improve their marks in a particular paper.

The board had conducted both the theory and practical papers. Candidates appearing for the compartmental examination in a subject involving practical work were required to appear in theory only in case they had passed in practical. The practical examinations were held at the centre of theory examination within three days after the theory examination.
