CBSE Class 10 compartment results to be declared this week

Bhubaneswar/ New Delhi: The result of Class 10 compartment examinations is likely to be declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) this week.

Students who have appeared the compartment or improvement examination held from July 17 to July 24, 2017 can get their results on the official website of CBSE - http://cbseresults.nic.in/.

This year 8,86,506 students sat for the Class 10 compartment examination of the board. The annual examination had been held in March and results were declared on June 2, 2017.

Last year, the compartment results had been declared in the first week of August. In the current year, the board plans to release it before the end of this week.

It is noteworthy to mention that from the coming academic year six subjects have been made mandatory by the board for students appearing Class 10 exams. Students have to appear for a vocational subject as an additional course.
