Bhubaneswar: Two days after levelling casting couch allegations against film producer Rajesh Pati, Ollywood actress Upasana Mohanty on Saturday registered a fresh complaint against the former at Laxmisagar police station here, this time for circulating a video involving the duo in the social media.

In her complaint, the actress alleged that Pati had not taken her permission before circulating the ‘intimate’ video in the media. She said the young film producer had taken the video during their ‘happier days’ despite her reluctance.

"I don’t know that this video has been made....And he (Rajesh) has given this to the media without my permission. Strong action should be taken against him," Upasana said after filing the case.

Rajesh, however, refuted her allegation saying; "We had taken the selfie together. I have given the video to IIC.....She is openly saying that she was happy with me....There is no question of her permission here...This I had kept to prove myself."

Responding to Upasana's charge that he had not taken her permission before sharing it on social media, Rajesh quipped; "Did she take my permission before showing our chats on WhatsApp and Facebook?"

The video, in which both are seen sitting close to one another and talking amorously, was circulated in the media and social networking sites on Saturday after Upasana submitted personal videos involving her and Pati before the investigating officials.

The conversation in the selfie video, which leaves little to imagination, goes thus:

Upasana: Mumbai tour was very nice...I really enjoyed with you a lot....You are very cute....That's it....Aur kya bolun (what else should I tell)? .....And Thank you for giving me so much time...I thought you will be all time busy...

Rajesh: Nothing more than that?

Upasana: What is the fact I told you that...

Rajesh: Nothing more than that?

Upasana: What...

Rajesh: ......Leave it..

At one point during the one-minute long video, Rajesh attempts to kiss Uapsana.

Sources said she had also submitted details of their chatting on social platforms and the information on monetary transactions between the two.

In a related development, the statement of Pati was recorded police under section 161 of CrPC today.

A couple of days back, based on Upasana’s complaints, the police had registered a case against Pati under Sec 506 of CrPC (criminal intimidation) and Sec 509 (words, gestures or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) for making an indecent proposal to the actress.
