Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to make arrangements to provide cancer screening facilities in all district headquarters hospitals (DHHs) very soon.

Announcing this to the media today, Health and Family Welfare minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak said initially the facilities would begin in seven DHHs.

“The facilities would be gradually introduced in the remaining DHHs in the state so that the patients would get the benefits in their locality at a minimum cost without having to move out to other states for screening,” he said.
