Campus poll: Candidates present vision in ‘What I Stand For’ speech

Bhubaneswar: With only one day left for the Students’ Union elections, the ‘What I Stand For’ meeting has already begun in various poll-bound colleges and universities across the state.

At the meeting, the contesting candidates would present their vision in their speeches before the students. The meeting is being held under the supervision of faculties of the respective colleges and universities.

Meanwhile, the contestants and their supporters are leaving no stone unturned to garner support in their favour. Intensifying their campaign, the contestants of Ramadevi University and other colleges in the capital city are making their last minute effort to woo voters.

The campus election would begin tomorrow morning while the results would be declared in the afternoon. The oath-taking ceremony of the winning candidates would be held on Monday.
