Bus overturns near Macchagaon injuring 5

Macchagaon (Jagatsinghpur): Five people have been injured when a bus going towards Cuttack from Apandara overturned near a river embankment road in Macchagaon.

The injured were initially rushed to the Macchagaon PHC and later shifted to the Balikuda community health centre as their condition deteriorated.

Bus passengers said the driver of the vehicle ‘Chakadola’ lost control that led the bus to skid off the road and fall into a ditch.
