Boat capsizes near Barunei river mouth, six rescued

Kendrapara: Six fishermen had a miraculous escape after their boat capsized in sea near Barunei river mouth in Mahakalpada of Kendrapara district. The mishap occurred after the boat was hit by another fishing trawler.

Poor visibility due to dense fog is said to be the reason behind the collision between the two boats.

Four other trawlers rescued six fishermen after getting information about the mishap on VHF radio sets.
