BJP’s ‘Vikas Utsav’ today in Berhampur

Berhampur: The BJP will hold its ‘Vikas Utsav’ in Berhampur on Tuesday for which preparations are in full swing to make it successful.

Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilisers Hansraj Gangaram Ahir and BJP national secretary Siddhartha Singh are scheduled to join the programme to be held at the Town Hall here.

The event will highlight the achievements of the NDA Government in the last two years.

BJP spokesperson and Ganjam-in-charge Golak Mohaptra said that the objective of the Vikash Utsav is to make two years’ performances of the Narendra Modi-led Central Government reach the intellectual masses.

The entire Cabinet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been asked to address rallies, press conferences and meetings with “youths” and “intellectuals” across the country assigned to them to highlight the achievements of the NDA Government and particularly the activities of their respective departments.

Besides, the saffron party will hold ‘Vikas Utsav’ in Baragarh, Sambalpur and Rayagada as three Union ministers Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Najma Heptulla and Prakash Javadekar will grace the occasions.
