BJP’s ‘bike brigade’ on UP modus: New poll weapon for ‘Mission 120’

Bhubaneswar: With an aim to achieve ‘Mission 120+’ seats in Odisha, BJP has earmarked 200 youths from the State to be part of a motorcycle brigade that will secretly work to strengthen the party at the booth level.

As part of the plan, BJP has already sourced motorcycles from Uttar Pradesh where the plan – envisaged by national president Amit Shah - has already yielded stupendous results for the party.

As per reports, 200 workers from the party have been identified who will tour the State on motorcycles and help build the party base and bring more people into the party fold.

The planned strength of this bike brigade is around 1000.

“They will work in different districts for six months to one year to strengthen the party at the grassroots level,” said BJP’s general secretary, Prithviraj Harichandan.
