Bhubaneswar: In a bid to bring together its workers in bypoll-bound Bijepur Assembly constituency, the Odisha unit of BJP has planned to broadcast Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ tomorrow in all the 270 booths.

According to sources, the party has made extensive preparations for the same and 270 state-level leaders of the party will visit Bijepur.

Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan, State Unit President Basant Panda along with BJP Legislature Party leader and all legislators of the party will remain present in the booth and will listen to the radio address among the party workers.

Meanwhile, the ruling-BJD mocked the plans of saffron party saying as the BJP not listening to the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ of public, Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ will have no effect on the party workers.

Later in the evening, a scuffle reportedly broke out between BJP and BJD workers at Bijepur Bus Stand over the venue of the 'Mann Ki Baat' broadcast program. Sources, said while the BJP had identified a spot for its program which will be graced by Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, BJD workers were adamant on conducting their own programme at the same place.
