New Delhi: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik today asserted that legendary leader Biju Patnaik deserves the Bharat Ratna. “I think he certainly deserves it, very much,” said Naveen while taking to newsmen in New Delhi.

On being asked about Odisha’s demand for a special category status, Patnaik said “For a very long period we have been demanding special category status for Odisha.”
