Bhuaneswar: The India and England teams arrived in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday for the second One Day International (ODI) of Paytm series scheduled to be held at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on January 19.

The players came to Hotel Mayfair from the city airport in box carcade format.

The Commissionerate Police have made elaborate security arrangements for the players of the two teams. A mock drill was held yesterday from the Biju Patnaik International Airport to Hotel Mayfair where the 87 rooms have been booked for both the teams and match officials. Besides, a mock drill was also conducted in Cuttack ahead of the match tomorrow.

According to reports, police commissioner YB Khurania visited Biju Patnaik international airport and reviewed the security arrangements there.

63 platoons of forces will be deployed in and outside the Barabati Stadium during the match, sources informed.

As many as 300 police officers, anti-terrorist squad and striking police force would also be deployed in Barabati Stadium during the match, sources informed.

Meanwhile, sale of tickets to public which had begun at the three counters of Barabati Stadium on Monday, was ended yesterday. Out of 15,444 tickets, 12,714 tickets were sold on Monday while the remaining 2730 tickets were sold out yesterday.
