Bank official in Vigilance net

Jajpur: Vigilance sleuths today unearthed huge disproportionate assets belonging to an employee of Urban Cooperative Bank’s Jajpur branch.

Reports said the anti-corruption wing raided the house of Nagendra Sahu, Senior Assistant of the bank and seized Rs 39 lakh cash.

The disproportionate properties of Sahu unearthed by the Vigilance sleuths include a filling station, an oil tanker worth Rs 14 lakh, fixed deposit of Rs 10 lakh in banks and bonds amounting to Rs 9 lakh.
