The exposure tour has been named as "Anubhav Yatra" and the servitors will inspect cleanliness and administrative systems being followed in temples in the northern parts of the country and try to implement all those things at Puri Srimandir.

The servitors are likely to visit Allahabad, Varanasi, Haridwar, Golden Temple (Amritsar), Vaishno Devi, Mathura, Brundaban and other places.

"Through the tour, we want the servitors to learn the different festivals and observe the rituals that are celebrated and performed by the servitors of the respective temples. They also need to see the behaviour of the servitors towards devotees," said the Temple administrator (rituals) Pradeep Das.

The "Anubhav Yatra" will also help the servitors know the different type of facilities being provided to devotees, said senior Daitapati servitor Binayak Das Mohapatra.
