Bhubaneswar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah's three-day visit to Odisha has been rescheduled to July 4. He was earlier scheduled to visit the State on June 22.

In view of the forthcoming President Poll, Shah's programme has been rescheduled to July 4, 5 and 6.

"As the president of BJP, Shah's presence during the President Poll is important. As per the revised schedule, he will visit Jajpur, Ganjam and Khurda districts to attend  'Mo Booth Sabuthu Majboot' campaign during his rescheduled three-day visit," said Odisha BJP president Basant Panda.

Earlier, Union minister Jual Oram  kickstarted the campaign ‘Mo Booth Sabuthu Majboot’ (my booth is the strongest) programme on June 6 from Chandaka in Bhubaneswar. The programme aims at strengthening the party's base at grassroots level and reach out to maximum people under the drive.
