Bhubaneswar:  In a bid to replicate the strategy that ensured an emphatic win for the saffron brigade at the recently concluded assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, BJP’s National President Amit Shah will be visiting Odisha in April.

Though the dates of Shah’s visit are yet to be announced, it would be a three-day programme informed Odisha BJP’s Legislature Party leader Kanak Vardhan Singhdeo today.

It seems that BJP has now set its eye on Odisha after the party put up a good show in the recently concluded panchayat elections in the state. To fully capitalize on success in rural polls, the party president Amit Shah has taken the task himself of organising workers’ conference at the grassroots level during his scheduled visit to Odisha, informed sources.
