Bolangir: Residents of 15 villages sat on dharna in front of the Badmal ordnance factory in Bolangir district since 8 am today alleging non-fulfilment of promises made by the factory authorities.
They staged the agitation over fulfilment of 11-point charter of demands including jobs for local youths in front of the ordnance factory.
Despite the assurances, the promises were not kept, alleged the agitators.
