3 including 2 women killed as tractor overturns in Rayagada

Rayagada: In a tragic incident, three persons including two women were killed and two other sustained injuries when a tractor in which they were travelling lost control and overturned near Baruguda area here on Tuesday.

According to sources, a 12-year-old boy was also killed in the mishap.

The incident took place when the ill-fated tractor was on its way to Karlaghati from Bainaguda. The vehicle lost control and overturned causing the death of the trio on the spot, sources added.

The injured persons have been rushed to a nearby hospital.
