2 killed, 20 injured as bus falls into gorge in Kendrapara

Kendrapara: In a tragic incident, two persons were killed and 20 others sustained critical injuries after a bus in which they were travelling lost control and fell into a gorge near Arjunapur in Patkura area in the district on Friday morning.

According to sources, the incident took place while the private bus-Raja was on its way to Korua from Cuttack.

The ill-fated bus lost control and fell into the gorge causing death of two persons on the spot and leaving 20 others injured. out of the 20 injured condition of four is stated to be critical, the sources added.

The injured persons have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
