12 poisonous snakes rescued from Kendrpara jail, quarters


Kendrapara: Panic gripped Kendrapara sub-jail and government quarters after 12 poisonous snakes were recovered from there on Wednesday.

According to sources, the snake helpline members rescued cobras and Indian kraits from different wards of the sub-jail.

It is suspected that there are more poisonous snakes inside the jail, sources added.
