Salepur: After being nominated as BJP candidate from Salepur Assembly constituency, senior leader Prakash Behera today launched his poll campaign along with the party's national vice president and Kendrapara Lok Sabha candidate Baijayant Panda.
Behera took out a big rally along with Panda and party workers in the Salepur constituency after offering prayers at the Nrusinghanath temple in Kajibazaar.
The rally reportedly covered 40 kms, passing through Tangi DRIEMS college, Gopinathpur and Bhatimunda.
Giving a call for 'parivartan' (change), Panda said, “Odisha government is embroiled in corruption and resorts to hooliganism and violence whereas the country is witnessing development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi; and so, people want to see Modiji as the PM once again."
