Bizman Abducted In Rourkela, Car Recovered

Rourkela: Some unidentified miscreants allegedly abducted a young businessman, Pradip Kundu from Birmitrapur area here on Saturday evening.

Kundu’s family members have alleged that he was kidnapped from National Highway 143 while he was returning home from his crusher unit at Bijabahal area and lodged a complaint with Birmitrapur police in this regard.

Meanwhile, a car belonging to Kundu was recovered on NH-143 near Bijabahal on Sunday morning. One used syringe and a mobile phone were found inside the car.

Police have seized the vehicle and are tracking the businessman’s mobile phone location to ascertain his whereabouts.
