Bhubaneswar: With the general elections just around the corner, as state politics continues to witness twists and turns every minute, veteran leader Bijoy Mohapatra however is yet to open his cards.

Bijoy, who quit BJP on November 30 last year along with senior leader Dilip Ray, has not clarified on whether he would join any political party ahead of the crucial 2019 polls scheduled to begin from April 11.

"Three months ago, I had said that the 2019 pollswill be the most complicated elections of all times. We hadn't seen such election in Odisha before. I am yet to make any decision regarding my future prospects and so I am consulting with my well-wishers and supporters before making any move," said, Bijoy.

Reacting to a specific query on whether he would rejoin BJP, Bijoy said that he is in touch with all, but is yet to take any final decision.

Asked about speculations over Dilip Ray's joining BJD, Bijoy said that everyone has a right to take their own decisions.
