Bhubaneswar-bound IndiGo flight makes emergency landing

Bhubaneswar: A Bhubaneswar-bound IndiGo flight from New Delhi was diverted to Kolkata due to rough weather here on Sunday.

According to reports, IndiGo flight number 6 E-2211was en route to Bhubaneswar from New Delhi had to make an emergency landing at Kolkata airport after the authorities decided to down the flight due to bad weather condition.

All the passengers on board are reportedly safe.

The flight, which took off from Indira Gandhi International Airport at 4 pm today, was scheduled to make landing at Biju Patnaik International Airport at 6 pm.
