All Courts In Odisha To Operate Normally From Feb 15

Bhubaneswar: All courts in the State including Orissa High Court will operate normally from February 15, said a notification issued by the HC on Friday.

"The hearing in the High Court in physical mode shall resume on 15.02.2021 in terms of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) both for the High Court & Sub-ordinate Courts/Tribunals which shall be notified shortly," the notification said.

"Further, the option in every case to appear either physically or virtually shall be given in advance to the Registry by the lawyer concerned. The lawyers are requested to convey their option the previous evening. This is subject to further developments that might take place and the health advisory received from the State Govt. and the Central Govt," the notification issued by the HC stated.
