Four killed, 9 injured as MUV rams truck

Bhadrak: In a tragic accident, a couple and their 8-year-old daughter were killed while nine others injured as a multi-utility vehicle rammed into a stationery truck on National Highway-5 near Bhandaripokhari of Bhadrak district late last night.

Source said the passengers of the vehicle were from Rajgharapokhari area and returning from Puri.

The parents-daughter trio died on the spot while the injured, including 2 kids, were rushed to a local hospital and later shifted to SCB Hospital in Cuttack for better treatment.
