Fatehpur: A woman was allegedly beaten to death after being gang-raped by some men in Sadar area near Bakangha village in the district, police said today.

The body of the unidentified woman, which was hanging from a tree, was spotted by a chowkidar who later informed the police.
A liquor bottle and three glasses were also recovered from the spot, they said, adding that the further probes are on.
