Under the influence of Cyclonic Circulation that lies over East Bangladesh, fairly widespread to widespread light/moderate rainfall/snowfall accompanied with thunderstorm & lightning likely over Arunachal Pradesh and scattered to fairly widespread light/moderate rainfall/snowfall accompanied with thunderstorm, lightning & gusty winds (speed 40-50 kmph) likely over Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during 13th-17th March.
Isolated heavy rainfall/snowfall very likely over Arunachal Pradesh during March 13th-14th, 16th-17th.
