After cold conditions accompanied with winds and moderate rainfall, the weather has improved in several parts of Odisha on Thursday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted that dry weather is expected from tomorrow onwards for the subsequent six days over the districts of Odisha.

As per the IMD, the minimum temperature (Night temperature) is very likely to fall by 2 to 3 degree Celsius during the next 48 hours at many places over the districts of Odisha and there will be no large change thereafter.

However, several parts of the state are likely to experience dense fog and rainfall activities in the next 24 hours.

As per IMD, the trough now runs from the above cyclonic circulation over South Interior Karnataka to south Odisha coast across Telangana at 0.9 km above mean sea level.
